Position Summary

Samsung is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog Designer with 5-12 years of experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal Design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on full IP design cycles in advanced Samsung Foundry processes (4nm and below).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design low-jitter and high-frequency PLLs (both LC and Ring-based).
• Work on General Purpose ADCs and Thermal Sensor IPs.
• Develop high-speed SerDes designs.
• Design LDOs, BGRs, and other power management blocks.
• Participate in silicon validation and IP design lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or related fields.
• Strong experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal Design.
• Hands-on experience with IP design in any of the domains listed above.
• Exposure to Samsung Foundry processes (4nm and below) is a plus.
• Ability to handle complex designs and work in a challenging environment.
